The Environmental Protection Agency is responsible for the assessment of the environmental pollutants in the United States and to ensure that human health is not at risk. The EPA overseas the regulation of several acts such as The Clean Air Act (CAA), Greenhouse Gasses, Air Toxic Control Measure, and most recently the Formaldehyde Standards Act (FSA).
